We use proprietary research and technology to identify disruptive business models and tomorrow's category leaders.
Liquidity
Whilst we are long term investors, our main focus lies on liquid opportunities which we can enter or exit within a relatively short time frame.
IPOs, PIPEs
Based on our in-house research and relationships with founders and bankers, we invest in high quality companies at the pivotal time of going public, or when they raise capital in a PIPE transaction.
Private companies
Occasionally, we invest in private companies, if there are synergies with existing investments, or there is a clearly defined path to timely monetization.
